This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for digital marketing services purchased through Tubo Digital LLP.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 5 days of signing the service agreement or making the payment.
- However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the service execution has already commenced, such as campaign strategy development, ad account setup, content creation, or other deliverables.
- If the service has already been initiated or delivered, you may choose to discontinue further services, but no refunds will be processed for work already completed.
Refund Policy
- Tubo Digital LLP does not accept cancellation requests for services that have been delivered.
- A refund or adjustment may be considered only if the service was not initiated or not delivered at all.
- If you believe the service received does not align with the agreed scope or expectations, you must report the issue to our customer service team within 5 days of the service delivery. The request will be reviewed internally, and an appropriate resolution will be provided.
Service-Specific Policies
- For services with a performance-based component (such as ad campaigns), refunds will not be provided once the ads are launched or media spends have been utilized.
- In case of dissatisfaction with design, content, or social media management services, revisions will be provided as per the agreed scope but refunds will not be issued once work has commenced.
- For technical issues related to third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google Ads, or Instagram), we recommend reaching out to the respective platform’s support team, as Tubo Digital LLP does not control external platform policies.
Processing of Refunds
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 days via the original payment method.
